If you frequent the outdoors, you will be all too familiar with the hassle of using a conventional cotton towel. A regular bath cotton towel takes too much space in the luggage and a smaller one is usually inadequate. After use, it needs to be aired or very soon, foul odours will render it practically unusable. It also takes a fair bit of time to dry.

Technology found a way to produce ultra fine fibres, termed microfibres (see UltraMicrofibres). Fabrics made from these fibres are extremely versatile, capable of enhancing the desirable traits of more traditional fabrics, and removing most of their disadvantages.

Field Gear Enterprise is proud to offer a series of high quality UltraMicrofibre Field/Sports Towels that are not just lightweight and more durable alternatives to conventional cotton towels, but are also effective in resisting bacterial accumulation.

Designed primarily for use in the outdoors, these towels weigh just a fraction of their cotton counterparts and are at least 3 times more absorbent. Each model is woven differently to bring out specific advantages, catering to different needs.
